$PAYX Q2 Earnings Report
$PAYX Long
Paychex is a leading provider of integrated human capital management software solutions for human resources, payroll, benefits, and insurance services or in simpler words, they enable faster and more accurate payroll processing by automatically sending out the salaries of employees or automatically calculating your tax returns or insurance costs. They have been the largest record keeper of 401(k) by the total number of customer plans, for 11 years in a row. Additionally, they broke a new record last quarter, surpassing over 100k clients as the pandemic is beginning to end. Another reason for this is the introduction of the company's Pooled Employer Plan (PEP) in early 2021 which has recently been seeing strong results. There has also been a large number of firms buying into the company’s stocks such as Ritholtz Wealth Management increased its position by 40% and American National Bank increased its position by 31%. Additionally, the company has beat estimates every quarter this year and as mentioned by their president in the last quarter, they are expecting these favorable conditions to continue.
